Smart-list begins all ad submissions within 24 hours of purchase. Submissions normally begin sooner, within a few hours. Submissions continue about every 24 hours until all submissions have been completed. Confirmation e-mails are send to the customer at the time of each submission.

GENERAL

Adult related material, or any illegal material is not to be advertised thru Smart-list. If you are dissatisfied with the Smart-list service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the service.

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE once ad submissions have been started. The success of an ad submission highly depends on factors beyond the control of Smart-list.

Smart-list disclaims any warrant that the service will be error-free, or uninterrupted. Smart-list customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart-list.com from any claims resulting from the use of our services that damages them or any other party. Neither Smart-list.com, its partners or suppliers will not be liable for any cost or damage arising from any transaction or use of the service.
